Thimble's Shop "My first love is quilting but, I'm always looking for something to create. I love working with beads and wire, I can sit for an hour just trying to pick out the perfect bead for a project. Book Sculptures "by Daniel Lai, of Chinese descent, was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He moved to the U.S. in 2000. He has a BA in Linguistics (2003) and an MA in Art Studies/Art History (2006) from Montclair State University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in criminology. When he is taking a break from his studies, he makes art. Lai's work has also been published in numerous books and magazines. His work has earned awards nationally and internationally. "

Etsy Seller of the Week: YeeHaw

I am very excited to feature Yee Haw Industries as my featured Etsy seller of the week. Yee Haw Industries is located in Downtown Knoxville, two blocks from my loft. They hand make each product with vintage letterpress, one of the largest collections of vintage letter pieces collections in the nation. They make fun, different and very creative pieces.
